The restaurant is located in the basement of the historic building and consist of 2 rooms with 70 seating places, Coccodrillo Pizzeria and a summer terrace with 80 seats overlooking the Viimsi Manor Park. The menu is based on the Italian traditions of preparing food - combining simplicity with the best ingredients of the season. Our team is composed of different ethnic cooks and therefore we offer from time to time a variety of dishes such as Asian cuisine. We are just 5 minutes away from the center and there are more than 100 parking spaces for cars around the building.

In Jussi Õlletuba there are 3 rooms and a veranda, in total 120 seats. Children can spend time in a little play corner in the family room. There are 2 fireplaces in the house. Groups (up to 40 people) who seek for privacy can stay in an attic provided with a fireplace and furnished in a romantic style or in the veranda (up to 5 people). In summertime there are also tables on the spacious terrace and in the apple tree garden. At weekends we have live music and cheerful karaoke nights. We also hold theatre nights.
